Roasted. Not Fried. High in Protein. Truly Traditional.
Frying is the easy route. It needs less skill, lasts longer on a shelf, and masks average ingredients with oil.
Roasting is a different craft entirely - it demands patience, precision, and ingredients worth highlighting.
Our Roasted Wheat Chivda is made the way Asha Tai Patil's family always made it - wheat and peanuts roasted slowly, tempered with curry leaves, turmeric, and garlic, and packed without a single artificial additive.
The result: 12.6g of protein and 6.6mg of iron per 100g - the highest protein in our snack range. A chai-time snack that quietly does the job of a proper meal accompaniment.
