Shipping policy

At RutuRas Foods, we aim to deliver your order with care and efficiency while ensuring our products reach you fresh and intact. Since we work closely with rurban foodpreneurs and third-party logistics partners, our shipping timelines and policies are designed to provide both convenience and transparency.

Shipping Charges

1.Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹499.

2.Shipping Fee: For orders up to ₹499, a nominal delivery charge of ₹80 will apply at checkout.

Dispatch & Processing

1.Same-Day Dispatch: All prepaid orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day.

2.Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

1.COD available on orders between ₹1,000 and ₹1,499.

2.A COD handling fee of ₹99 will be charged and shown at checkout.

3.Orders exceeding ₹1,499 must be prepaid.

Delivery Timelines

1.We currently ship across India.

2.Delivery time usually ranges between 2 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

3.You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Process

1.Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified during checkout.

2.Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

3.Our logistics partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as ‘undelivered’ and returned to us. A new shipment can be arranged after reconfirmation with you.

4.Your order authorises us to:

I. Accept the signature of another person present at your address, or

II. Leave the package in a safe place / with a neighbour if you are unavailable, where appropriate.

Delivery Responsibility

While we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, local restrictions, etc.).
We assure you that every reasonable effort will be made to deliver your order as per the estimated timelines in your shipping confirmation.
