Refund policy
At RutuRas Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction — both in the quality of our products and our service experience.
Since we work with rurban farmer collectives, micro foodpreneurs, and third-party logistics partners, and deal in natural food products with specific shelf lives, we request our customers to kindly note and abide by the following terms:
Order Cancellations
1.Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
2.As our products are freshly packed and dispatched quickly, no refunds will be processed for cancellation requests made after order confirmation.
Damaged Packaging or Product on Delivery
If you receive a product with damaged packaging, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate the process:
1.Email us at contact@ruturasfoods.com with clear pictures of the damaged product and its packaging.
2.If our review confirms a genuine issue, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
Missing Product in the Delivered Order
If any product is missing from your delivered order, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us verify and process your claim:
1.Email us at contact@ruturasfoods.com mentioning the missing item(s).
2.Attach unboxing videos and photos of all sides of the package, showing the delivery box condition.
3.If warehouse footage or inspection confirms the product was not packed or if there are signs of tampering, we will resend the product at our cost.
Quality Concerns
If you find a quality issue in any product, please report it within 72 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate:
1.Email contact@ruturasfoods.com with pictures or videos highlighting the issue, along with the batch code of the product.
2.After our team reviews your evidence and inspects the retained batch sample, if a genuine issue is verified, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you.
Pricing & Order Validity
RutuRas Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or containing typographical errors or discrepancies in product details or promotional offers.
If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded in full.
Limitation of Liability
By placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by this Cancellations, Returns & Replacements Policy and agree that RutuRas Foods or its parent company shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, inconvenience, or delay caused by order cancellations, replacements, or logistics partner issues.
