Wholesome Multigrain Bhajani – A Traditional & Nutritious Blend
Thalipeeth is not a trend. It is a tradition - one that Maharashtrian kitchens have practiced for centuries, long before 'multigrain' became a marketing word.
Our Thalipeeth Bhajani is a blend of three indigenous millets - Jowar, Bajra, and Ragi - milled in small batches by Vaibhav Raghuwanshi, a mechanical engineer from Nandurbar who built his own millet-processing machine to ensure every batch is fresh, precise, and additive-free.
Three ingredients. That is the entire list. Jowar for body and fibre, Bajra for warmth and energy, Ragi (Nagali) for calcium and iron - a grain with more calcium per 100g than most dairy alternatives. Gluten-free. Low fat. Low sodium.
This is the flour that belongs in your kitchen - not as a health experiment, but as a homecoming.
